Mogli,
Michaela and I left the Grampians, Victoria about two weeks ago, on January 23rd. Simon didnt want to come, I am sure whenever he does decide to leave the Grampians he will have a heart attack :P
Our first stop was the beautiful pink lake. None of us was really expending to
see a pink colored lake, we did know though that it was full of salt. A salty
pink lake! We were amazed by the scenery and the huge amount of salt
everywhere. On the coast the salt was all dried out and hard on the ground, it was a funny feelling walking on it. Then the crust started to brake and warm water was under it. The further you went into the lake the more loose salt there was, it was like walking on pink snow but not as soft and smooth.
